Refunds & Quality Guarantee
Because our products are food items, we do not accept returns. This ensures the safety and quality of the products for all our customers. However, your satisfaction is our priority, and we are happy to make things right if there is an issue with your order.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. We will issue refunds or replacements for the following reasons:

Delivery Issues: If your package is lost in transit or never arrives.

Broken or Damaged Product: If the packaging is damaged or the product is compromised upon arrival.

Quality Issues: If you receive a "bad" or defective product.

Our Mistake: If we sent the wrong item or there was an error on our part.
To report an issue, please contact us immediately at hello@maiomailees.com with your order number and a photo of the item/packaging so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Refundable Items

We cannot offer refunds for items that were successfully delivered and match the order description.

We do not accept refunds on sale items or gift cards.
Refund Process
If your refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, please contact us at hello@maiomailees.com.
Exchanges
Since we do not accept returns, we do not offer traditional exchanges. If your item meets the criteria for a refund due to a mistake or damage, we can send a replacement item to you at no additional cost.
