Cancellation policy
Some items in our store may be offered as a subscription or a pre-order. This policy explains how these purchases work and how you can manage them.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you will receive repeat deliveries based on the frequency you selected.

Billing: Your payment details will be stored securely, and you will be charged for each delivery unless you choose to pay in advance.

Auto-Renew: Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of their duration.

Management: You can change or cancel your subscription at any time. Your order confirmation emails contain links to your account where you can manage your subscription.

Refunds: Please note that once a subscription order has been processed and shipped, it is a food item and cannot be returned. See our Refund Policy for issues regarding damaged or incorrect shipments.
Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product.

Payment: We may collect a partial deposit or the full payment at checkout. If a balance is remaining, we will charge your stored payment method when the product is ready to ship.

Cancellations: You may cancel a pre-order at any time before it has been fulfilled.

Final Sale: Once a pre-order has been fulfilled and shipped, the sale is final and cannot be canceled or returned due to the nature of our products.
Try Before You Buy
Please note: We do not currently offer "Try Before You Buy" for our food products, as food items cannot be returned once opened or handled for health and safety reasons. All individual sales and sample packs are final sale.
